Here is what you can expect from us:

Your successful web design project starts with a well-defined web design process and clearly defined marketing goals .

FAST PERSONAL TOUCH AND RESPONSE TIME
We will meet several times -- as long as it takes -- to get your scope of work at a level that is both understandable and agreeable. We will cover all the bases and discuss everything from competitors to corporate identity. Depending on your goals, we can help you sell, advertise, inform and advise online. You inform us on what direction and goals you would like to take and our team will focus on making your virtuality become a reality.

INITIALIZATION PROCESS
Our director of development and one of our graphic designers work with you and discuss site layout, color schemes, logo options, site flow and layout. Based on our discussions, we develop a series of screen shots, which allow you to get a preliminary feel for what your Web site will look and act like.

DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
Once all have agreed upon a design and interface that seems well tailored to your needs, we will begin integration. Our project managers will work with you to import and format images, lingo and any other marketing material you want to make available to your customers and place them on your web site. We assist you in creating ways to lure new customers and retain current ones.

CEP Solutions uses a tried and tested approach to the design and marketing of a web site, breaking the project into six phases, each of which ends with a client sign-off. This ensures that the project stays on track with regard to web site structure, content and the budget.

Web design lifecycle

Step 1: Defining Goals
During the first phase of the web design process, we will meet with people from your company or organization to determine the objective of your web site. What are your lead generation expectations? Is this an online tool for your clients? Do you sell directly over the Internet or is the goal to engage your client for further dialog? We like to plan ahead and get the details. How are we going to define the success of your web site design?

Step 2: Developing the Structure
In this phase of the web design process, we are flushing out the technical part of the web site. We need to determine how the information will be made available to the site visitors - what paths they will take as they move through the site.

Step 3: Design and Build
Next we develop the graphics and layout for the site. We will ask you to provide any text and graphics that you want included in the web site and build a graphical click-through. This will tell us where we need more graphics or modified text for the site. Once you are satisfied with the direction of the project, we will complete the graphics, collect or write all necessary text and build any animation or flash elements for the site.

Step 4: Programming and Build
The amount of programming needed varies from site to site. All features will be built and rigorously tested by both our people and yours. Once perfected, we make one more exhaustive run through and the site is ready to go!

Step 5: Go Live
The technical release of the site is usually very clear-cut due to the extensive testing in the previous phase of the web design process. We test our sites immediately upon release and ask our clients to do the same. Then we will work with you on getting the word out about your new site.

Step 6: Ongoing Maintenance
At this point the web site is released and our job of creating the site is complete. However, since public web sites are your face to the world, they must be kept current in terms of graphics, navigation, technology and usability. After release of the site, we will work with you to establish a regular review and maintenance schedule for your web site to accommodate client requests, user feedback, system upgrades and emerging web technologies.

All of this work is absolutely necessary, but it pays off in the design of a quality web site that strengthens your business processes and improves your company communications and marketability.

RELIABILITY
Upon completion we don't believe in stranding our customers and leaving them out in the cold. We also assist in keeping your web site fresh and up-to-date as a priority. We accomplish this task by allowing you to phone, fax or email us with changes. We also can build an administration system that can be used to update specified sections of your site in-house. That means you are in charge.  This requires no high-tech skills and can be completed with ease.
